Weshalb ich mit Business Coaching begann<\/h4>

Meine Mission startete nach einem erfahrungsreichen Work-Exchange Aufenthalt in den USA. Als frischgebackene F\u00fchrungskraft wollte ich mit meiner Arbeit dazu beitragen, dass Verkaufen den Mitarbeitern Spa\u00df macht und Kunden sich wohl f\u00fchlen.<\/p>

W\u00e4hrend meiner Karriere als Retail Area Managerin sch\u00e4tzte ich zunehmend die Vielseitigkeit des Jobs und hatte Freude am Erfolg. Je gr\u00f6\u00dfer mein Team wurde, desto umfangreicher wurden die F\u00fchrungsthemen. Die Mitarbeitermotivation,\u00a0 Kundenw\u00fcnsche und die Unternehmensziele stets in Einklang zu bringen, wurde zu einer echten Herausforderung und brachte mich immer \u00f6fter aus dem Gleichgewicht.\u00a0<\/p>

Mir war klar, so ging das auf die Dauer nicht weiter! Coaching sei Dank!<\/p>

Schon nach wenigen Coachings erkannte ich wo ich mir selbst oft im Weg stand und lernte es, gegenzusteuern. In schwierigen Situationen gelang es mir wieder, den k\u00fchlen Kopf zu bewahren und auch der Sinn f\u00fcr Humor stellte sich wieder ein.<\/p>

So leitete ich internationale Stores mit mehr als hundert Mitarbeitern in namhaften Marken der Luxusg\u00fcter Branche. Team Coaching wurde zu meiner Herzensangelegenheit und ich begann 2011 mit der Coach Ausbildung.<\/p>

Seit 2014 bin ich zertifizierter Coach & Trainerin. 2020 habe ich mich als Sales Business Coach selbstst\u00e4ndig gemacht.<\/p>
